About the Artist
I have been doing photo-realistic illustration for many years now, going back to my early teens when i used to design and illustrate motorbikes. My first commission was completed in 1997, when I was just sixteen and still at school. Now I have completed commissions for World Superbike Team Foggy Petronas Racing, Liquid Design, representatives of Red Bull, and Ecosse Peugeot, a car tuning company based in Bo' ness, which incidentally was a concept illustration of a Max Power magazine project car, and appeared in the magazine in July of this 2006.
My source of inspiration? Well aside from art, obviously, motorbikes and cars, both classic and modern and all forms of motor sport. I love racing, I mean I really love racing, but in particular motorcycle racing, and really the later has had the biggest influence on my work.
As well as prints, which will be ready for Christmas, I'll be doing original illustrations, so there should be something for everyone.
